What we keep,
and what we don't.

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page views, route performance, and aggregate visitor behavior. These tools record visitor pages and device characteristics in aggregate form. They do not set advertising cookies, and the data is used only to improve the site.

We do not run remarketing pixels, advertising networks, or third-party trackers beyond the two services named above.

When you email us at info@polynexus-engineering.com, the content of your message and your reply-to address sit in our inbox until the conversation is closed or archived. We treat inbound inquiries as confidential by default.

We do not maintain a mailing list. We do not forward, resell, or share inquiry content with third parties. NDA arrangements for substantive engagements are available on request.

Project-related correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable archival period for warranty and aftercare reference. Inquiry-only correspondence (no follow-on engagement) is retained for up to twelve months and then deleted.
